Refund Policy – ALEV PARIS

At ALEV PARIS, each piece of jewelry is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure impeccable quality.

We are committed to offering our customers a flawless experience, in full respect of quality, safety, and hygiene standards.

🔹 Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

Because our products are jewelry worn directly on the skin, they cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons, except in the case of an error on our part or a proven defect.

🕓 Legal Withdrawal Period

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

However, this right does not apply to products:

that have been opened or unsealed after delivery,

or worn, for hygiene and safety reasons.

🔹 Change of Mind or Wrong Size

Jewelry that does not suit you (size, color, or personal preference) cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene reasons.

If a return is exceptionally accepted, the jewelry must be:

unworn, intact, and in its original packaging;

returned at your own expense, after a claim has been made by email and accepted by our customer service, followed by providing ALEV PARIS with the tracking number by email.

➡️ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and the original shipping fees are non-refundable.

🔒 Return Acceptance Conditions

Returns will only be accepted if the ALEV PARIS security seal is intact, and if the product is returned:

in its original packaging (box, pouch, blister),

in perfect condition, unworn, and unaltered.

Any jewelry with a broken security sticker or opened packaging will be considered used and cannot be refunded.

🔹 Order Not Received or Damaged

All orders are shipped with a tracking number, and most require a signature upon delivery.

ALEV PARIS cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, delivery delays, or damage occurring after the parcel has been handed over to the carrier.

If the parcel is visibly damaged upon delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to refuse it or file a claim directly with the carrier within the legal deadlines.

💰 Refund Process

If the return is approved and meets all conditions, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and inspection of the item.
